Billing
Each order will be accompanied by a regular commercial invoice for VAT-registered accounts. For orders from private registered accounts, a receipt will be attached. However, it will still be necessary to provide a mobile phone number for the courier when placing the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and Withdrawal Terms
• The purchased item must be substantially intact. • The right of withdrawal is only available to individuals, excluding purchases made by resellers or entities that, in any capacity, acquire items for resale to third parties. • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. • Upon arrival at our warehouse, the merchandise will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal). Therefore, we recommend the utmost care in packaging, such as using the original packaging. • To exercise this right, you must send us a communication to that effect within 10 days from the date of receipt of the ordered merchandise and send us the merchandise within an additional 15 days.
Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
Send an email to: info@propsandblocks.com containing the declaration of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required information: • Order number and order date • Invoice number • Which products are subject to withdrawal (identifying them by the article code) • Your bank details (IBAN code)
Subsequently, you must await a communication from our Customer Service authorizing the return. Upon receiving this communication, you must resend the items subject to the return within an additional 15 days to:

Refund Times
C.R di Rolfi Claudio (Props&blocks) undertakes to refund the customer within 14 business days from the receipt of the merchandise, providing a credit to the customer for the amount corresponding to the value of the items as indicated on the invoice. Shipping costs are not included in this amount. This is in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999.
